Finding Purpose after Abuse demonstrates the consoling truth like no other story I have ever read that faith comes from God. Kathy learned through trials and trauma to let God lead her, share her pain, and heal her from what should have destroyed her.

This incredible journey, this memoir in poetry and narration, is a God-send to those of us who suffer and carry baggage from painful experiences. Its pertinent Bible verses are especially helpful to those like me who are not so familiar with the Bible. Kathy has done the work for us – providing the most affirming passages of God’s love and guidance.
